TYF: Building on strong foundations

Since launch, the Tackle Your Feelings mental wellbeing campaign has tackled the stigma of talking about mental health and promoted the benefits of proactively working on your mental wellbeing.

Ambassadors from Rugby Players Ireland such as Jack McGrath, Hannah Tyrell have been fantastic  public faces for the campaign and our own employee ambassadors have helped bring the campaign to life.

Today, Rugby Players Ireland and Zurich announced phase two of the Tackle Your Feelings campaign. This second phase of the campaign aims to roll out the campaign in selected senior cycle schools and corporate programmes.

Pictured at the announcement are: Shane Jennings, former Ireland international rugby player, Gary Shaughnessy, Chair of the Z Zurich Foundation, Simon Keogh, CEO Rugby Players Ireland and Zach Harrison.

Don’t forget that the Tackle Your Feelings App includes great tools and resources to help people improve their optimism, resilience, confidence, satisfaction, relaxation, happiness and relationships; and is a great tool to help people reach their goals.

The App is available free to download on Apple devices from the App Store and on Android devices via Google Play.
