The Claims Teams can provide technical support in relation to Claims on all Risk Benefit Policies from Income Protection/PHI through to Death, Serious Illness and associated rider benefits.
We can outline our requirements to consider any claim and can provide opinions on whether an illness/disability suffered by your client qualifies under the client's Zurich serious illness Policy.
The Zurich Life Claims team is made up of the Claims Manager, a Claims Supervisor and 3 claims handlers, all of whom are experienced and knowledgeable in the claims process.
The claims team are responsible for assessing and making payment on Death and all Health benefit claims.
We provide technical support in relation to the following claim types;
- Death benefit
- Serious Illness benefit
- Terminal Illness benefit
- Surgical Cash benefit
- Personal Accident benefit
- Hospital Cash benefit
- Income Protection/PHI
We can also answer queries in relation to the documents required to process a claim and provide an opinion* on whether an illness/disability suffered by your client may qualify under the Zurich Life protection policies.
