What happens if I forget to renew?
We recognise this is a challenging time and it’s easy to forget to renew your policy. To help you during this time we’ve extended your renewal by 15 days to give you more time.

You can add a temporary driver free of charge for up to 60 days.
Am I covered if I use my car in response to the national emergency effort to support the COVID-19 crisis?
We’ve extended cover beyond the standard social, domestic and pleasure use for healthcare workers, front line staff and to those volunteering to support the COVID-19 crisis. For example using your vehicle to deliver essential supplies to the vulnerable and elderly within your community. Priority claims service for all front line and health care workers to ensure mobility is maintained.
I’m a healthcare worker and I need my car for work, what happens if I breakdown or have a claim?
If you’re a healthcare worker or frontline staff we’ll prioritise breakdown assist for you and extend car hire at no extra cost if you experience garage delays. We’ll also fast track claims settlement for front line staff.
