Ensure you are using latest application forms

When submitting offline business (Paper/PDF completed and emailed to Zurich) it's really important you're using the most up-to-date version of our application forms.

Throughout the year we make lots of changes to our application forms, some regulatory and some to help improve service quality. When older application forms get submitted it can lead to delays where we require the newer application form to be completed and returned.

Please ensure you download the application forms directly from our Document Library.

We do not recommend saving our application forms in a folder. If you do, please ensure that you are updating this folder very regularly.
