Communication to Customers with Ulster Bank/KBC Bank Direct Debits

From 17th October, and over the next few weeks, we will be writing out to Ulster Bank and KBC Bank customers asking them to provide us with their updated bank details.

In our communication on 25 August 2022, we advised that we would be contacting customers who are paying premiums into a Zurich policy from an Ulster Bank or KBC Bank account.

As you are aware there may be implications for Customers if there is an interruption in premium payments and so, from today and over the next few weeks, we will be writing out to Ulster Bank and KBC Bank customers asking them to provide us with their updated bank details so that premiums paid by direct debit can continue to be collected without interruption.

Customers are asked to complete a direct debit mandate enclosed with the letter and return it to us in the freepost envelope provided or if more convenient, they can email a scanned copy of the completed mandate to bankingchanges@zurich.com.

Customers who have already provided us with their new bank details do not need to take any further action.
