Zurich’s partnership with Pride 2026 sees an exciting line up of events for employees to celebrate diversity, freedom and respect during Pride month.

Zurich Ireland’s Pride Committee are thrilled to announce the Pride 2026 programme of events for employees in celebration of diversity, equity and love. 

Pride Coffee Morning: 9th & 10th June 

All staff are invited to join the in-person coffee mornings in Wexford on Tuesday 9th June 10am and other offices on Wednesday 10th June.  

Employees are encouraged to come along and grab some goodies and find out about this year’s Pride programme of events.  

Working with Diversity: 9th June 

A webinar on understanding diversity, recognising unconscious bias, and developing inclusive behaviours in an increasingly diverse world. 

Pride, Zurich & Tackle Your Feelings: 10th June 

In collaboration with Tackle Your Feelings, we are delighted to announce a virtual panel discussion with Brittany Hogan (Sharks WXV) and Zac Ward (Ulster).  

Out, Proud & Occasionally Burnt Out: Celebrating Pride: 16th June 

A candid discussion on LGBTQ+ wellbeing, authenticity and inclusion in the workplace led by “I’m Grand Mam” podcast hosts PJ Kirby and Kevin Twomey. 

Dublin Pride at Work presents “Coming Out”: 17th June 

The phrase Coming Out strikes a chord with almost every LGBTQ+ person. It is often the story that defines us and the story we share the most. Yet many LGBTQ+ people are not out at work, often despite being out in other areas of their lives. In this session, we examine Coming Out and the value it creates for our colleagues and organisations.  

Dublin Pride March & Parade : 27th June 

As part of our partnership with Dublin Pride, we will once again join the Dublin Pride March & Parade on Saturday 27th June.
