Aoife McGrath

Head of Group Risk Pricing Team 

Aoife is an accomplished actuary with over 15 years’ experience at Zurich Insurance. She graduated from Dublin City University with a BSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.

Aoife began her Zurich career in the Group Risk Propositions team, gaining valuable insight into risk management. She then advanced to the role of reporting actuary, where she supported key business decisions with robust analytical expertise. Her journey continued as she returned to Group Risk, taking on the position of senior actuary and deepening her specialisation in pricing by merging technical skills with strategic thinking, helping to deliver effective and customer-focused solutions.

Today, Aoife is Head of the Group Risk Pricing team, guiding strategy and delivering innovative and sustainable pricing solutions. Her commitment to excellence and collaborative leadership have helped shape Zurich’s group risk offering for customers and partners alike.
