Appealing a claims decision:

Should a client disagree with a claims decision, and wishes to appeal, then Zurich Life will review this matter on receipt of documentation confirming that the medical, or other relevant information, used in the assessment of the claim was incorrect. All queries in relation to how to lodge a claims appeal can be sent directly to the claims mailbox, claimsadmit@zurich.com, where an experienced claims handler will review the case.
