  • If you've damaged your windscreen, you can fix it or have it replaced through our Approved Repairer, Autoglass. 
  • To make an online windscreen claim, please visit the Autoglass Booking System.
  • You won't lose your No Claims Discount for windscreen claims.

As part of our claim notification process, we will:

  • take details of your claim and appoint any necessary specialists immediately.
  • appoint a member of our claims team to handle your claim and forward you their contact information.

Where possible, include your policy and phone number when emailing us about a claim.
