Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019

The Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019 was signed in to law in December 2019. The Act brings about significant changes to how consumer insurance contracts will operate in Ireland. The legislation is aimed at increasing consumer protection and applies to any new policy you take out with us on or after 1 September 2020 or the renewal of any policy on or after that date.
