As an insurance provider we offer an essential service and it is vital that we are there for you when you need us, while at the same time looking after the health and safety of our employees. We are working almost entirely remotely with the exception of a small number of employees who are supporting critical customer services. The impact of this change on our service is minimal and we continue with ‘business as usual’.
