Supporting mental wellbeing
With some of Ireland’s sporting heroes leading the way, Tackle Your Feelings (TYF) wants to inspire Irish people to take control and be more proactive in looking after their mental wellbeing, so that issues are tackled before they hit crisis stage. During the COVID-19 pandemic looking after our mental wellbeing is more important than ever.
One of the key objectives of the campaign is to provide people with the tools and resources to take control of their mental wellbeing, and our dedicated website and app are full of features and exercises to help you do just that. More than 3,000 people have already downloaded the app, showing their interest to be proactive in looking after their mental wellbeing. The app recently won awards for ‘Best use of App’ (2019 Spider Awards, November 2019) and ‘Best use of mobile’ (EPA Digital Media Awards, February 2020).
