What’s covered?
Home contents insurance generally covers possessions or personal items that you would, for example, like to take with you if you were moving house. Items that aren’t fixed features in your home are covered under contents insurance against loss, damage, theft, fire and water leakage. Items covered by home contents insurance include: furniture, clothes, electrical items, money and jewellery. In the event of a household emergency, all Zurich customers can avail of our 24 hour emergency assist helpline by dialling 0818 400 700. This emergency helpline means that we will be at the end of a phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help you locate a contractor for emergency repairs at a negotiated rate. Click here
